Description

Overview

This project replaced aging HVAC equipment to reduce future/ongoing maintenance costs, improve system reliability, and increase efficiency.  In addition to equipment replacement, the project replaced associated piping, ductwork and thermostats.

Funding

The estimated budget for this project was $310,000, funded by the County’s General Fund.

There were no impacts to the public during construction.
