Woodacre Fire Station – HVAC Replacement

Overview

This project will replace aging HVAC equipment to reduce future/ongoing maintenance costs, improve system reliability, and increase efficiency.  In addition to equipment replacement, the project will replace associated piping, ductwork and thermostats.

Funding

The estimated budget for this project is $310,000, funded by the County’s General Fund.

Public impacts

There will be no impacts to the public during construction.
