Qualified Bidders List

To be included on the Department of Public Works Qualified Bidders List for the current year, please submit the All-Licensed California Contractors Form and return to our DPW Bids Team.

The Qualified Bidders List includes all contractors who have submitted the form and met requirements, either during the calendar year in which the list is valid or during November or December of the previous year. This maintained list is for contractors who are interested in receiving notices of upcoming Public Works construction projects as outlined in the California Public Contract Code section 22034 (a)(1).

Bid Express

Marin County Public Works has transitioned to electronic bid/proposal submittals using Bid Express. Project solicitations can be found on the County of Marin Bid Express homepage. Please note that you will need to register for a free Bid Express account to download plans, specifications and other project documents.
