Description
Overview
Replacement of eight deteriorated heat pump units at 120 North Redwood will correct issues with the heating and cooling of the building. The work is part of a larger series of improvements to the Health and Human Services facility which began in 2019.
Funding
The project cost is $420,000. It is funded by Health & Human Services with support from Federal and State Public Assistance revenue.
Public impacts
There will be minor impacts to access during the work. The completed project will improve the public and private areas of the buildings.
