Description

Overview

The project includes repairs to the breezeway and siding at 120 N. Redwood. The project will replace damaged safety rails on the building, repair water intrusion damage and replace broken windows. Work on the third-floor breezeway includes repairs to deteriorated railings, installation of new windows, and repairs to stucco and exterior siding.

Funding

The project cost is $225,000. It is funded by Health & Human Services with support from Federal and State Public Assistance revenue.

Public impacts

None expected, but day to day work may require adjustments to access.
