Marin City Pedestrian Improvements – Phase 2

Description

Overview

This project includes pedestrian upgrades at various locations in Marin City: Flemings Drive and Terrace Drive, Terrace Drive and Terners Drive, Sherwood Drive and Donahue Street, Bay Vista Circle and Donahue Street. Work will include construction of access compliant curb ramps, sidewalk, curb and gutter, valley gutter, reconstruct catch basin top, hot mixed asphalt conform grind and pave, adjust water valve cover to grade, relocate street signs, and refresh adjacent pavement markings.

Funding

The estimated $260,000 project is being funded by Sub-Housing Incentive Pool (Sub-HIP) program.

Traffic Impacts

Construction activities are anticipated to take place during daytime hours with traffic control measures in place. Traffic delays would be limited to 5 minutes. Temporary lane closures would be limited to working hours.
