Description

Overview

During the last five years, the existing six HVAC units have experienced increased maintenance problems. The units are 25 years old, and the design standards, energy usage, and equipment features are out of date compared to current energy efficient equipment.  The project will include the replacement of the outdated, inefficient equipment.  Included in the the work will be the upgrades to a new control system.

Funding

The $1.4 million project is funded by the FY 2020-21 Capital Improvement Program.
