Overview

This project addresses structural repairs to the foundations and accessibility design and access within/to the structure.  ADA parking and path of travel will be created, as well as accessible bathroom and kitchen upgrades will be added to the property.

Funding

Engineer’s estimate for the project is $450,000 and is funded by the Marin County Parks & Open Space budget.

Public impacts

Minor parking limitations may occur due to intermittent material deliveries and worker activities.
