Marin Center Exhibit Hall – Cultural Services Office Renovation

Overview

Due to the age and condition of the Cultural Services Offices at the Marin Center, is has been determined that office restoration is necessary. This will provide the Cultural Services staff with improved usability and increased productivity space for them to serve the public.

This project covers the restoration of the aging Exhibit Hall Cultural Services Offices. It includes surfaces and finishes, including walls, floors, new windows and furniture. This project will include structural, electrical, Information Systems, and engineering elements.

Funding

Cultural Services has funds available for the implementation of this estimated $1.5M project.
