“In 2014, following a career in the aerospace industry, I joined the County of Marin and had the pleasure of working at two other departments before finding my home at Public Works. I like empowering, enabling, and providing teams with strategic leadership, encouraging them to always seek improvements and deliver results. I enjoy the supportive community in Public Works, where collaboration on common goals is key to our culture. Driven by integrity, courage, resiliency, self-respect, and respect for others, I continually work to ensure that our department is successful. When I am not working, I love cooking, reading, working out, traveling, and hanging out with my family.”
