Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) – Hazardous Materials

Responsible for consolidating the administration, permits, inspections, and enforcement activities of specific local environmental and emergency management programs. CUPA is certified by the California Environmental Protection Agency to protect public health and safety through regulation of hazardous waste and materials.
