Capital Projects

Responsible for the development, coordination, and financing of the County’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP). This program is jointly coordinated by the County Administrator’s Office and the Department of Public Works (DPW) and includes other DPW Divisions. Oversees major improvements and maintenance on public buildings and infrastructure, implements the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for all County buildings. This group is also responsible for major modifications to workstations and changes to work spaces.
