Marin Showcase Theatre Restroom Restoration

Overview

Due to the age and condition of the Marin Showcase Theater restrooms, is was been determined that restoration is necessary to provide improved usability, functionality and enjoyment of the public facility.

This project includes the restroom surfaces and finishes, including walls, floors, toilet partitions, selected fixtures, lighting and HVAC systems. The work will include structural, electrical, and mechanical engineering elements.

Funding

Cultural Services has funds available for the implementation of this project with an anticipated cost of approximately $550,000.

Public impacts

There will be minimal impacts to the public during construction.
